2004年7月毕业于重庆大学应用物理系，获得理学学士学位。2004年9月-2007年7月毕业于重庆大学应用物理系凝聚态物理专业，获得理学硕士学位。2007年9月-2010年7月年毕业于中科院半导体研究所超晶格研究室，获得博士学位，在博士期间参与2项国家自然科学基金科研项目，主要从事低维半导体结构中电子结构、激子态理论和稀磁半导体物理方面的理论研究。
